The best thalassos in France

This morning I woke up feeling the need to escape, but I've got work to do.

I'm in need of a little salty water relaxation. I need to go to a place where the ocean takes care of you.

One time I was lucky enough to spend a half day at this Thalasso in Brittany, France. I got covered in mud, soaked in the thermal pool, got a facial and body massage. I walked out of there all relaxed and pampered.  My skin felt cleansed, firm and glowing.  It was the best.  Now I know why they call them "cures", a thalassothérapie.

Yes, just realizing I'm back in France, I started to look around and make a list of all the thalassos that I have decided I would go to when I'm in need of a half day or weekend escape.  These are now on my  time to "take it SLO" to do list.

I’ve looked all around to see if there was a Thalasso in the US. The only one I have found is the Gurney’s Resort and Seawater Spa in Montauk. I would love to go here one day.

Take care of the ocean and it will take care of you.
