Grapeseed Oil for Acne-Prone Skin

Yes, it's ok to use oil on acne-prone skin, but it's important to know which ones are the right ones to use.  Grapeseed Oil is a good oil because it contains 60-76% linoleic acid.  Linoleic acid, also known as omega-6, promotes healthy cell activity to regulate oil production and balance oily skin.

Grapeseed oil is also an effective emollient rich in various vitamins and antioxidants that tone and firms the skin leaving it soft, smooth and conditioned without clogging pores.   This makes it a suitable oil for skin that is sensitive, with blemishes or acne-prone.
